Bio

 

Mark E. Karpinski is a 1988 graduate of Karns City High School. While at Karns City, Mr. Karpinski was a member of the National Honor Society and was a {3} sport athlete, competing in football, basketball, and track. Following his high school graduation, Mr. Karpinski attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania on a football scholarship. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Education in 1993.

Mr. Karpinski was hired by the Greenville Area School District in the fall of 1993 and taught various math courses including seventh grade math, Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, and Math for the Modern World for 25 years. While serving as a teacher, Mr. Karpinski coached Football and served as the weight room coordinator. After earning his principal certification in 2010, he began to serve as a substitute principal in the district. In 2018 he was promoted to assistant principal.

Mr. Karpinski resides in Greenville with his wife and two boys. In his spare time, Mr. Karpinski enjoys spending time with his family, golfing with friends, and vacationing.
